With about a decades’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry working with people on different roles, Segun has mastered the act of Motivating and Inspiring people to achieve excellent results in the shortest possible time with Lean resources.

He has had a positive stint in Media working on both radio and TV across major media Channels in Nigeria, One of which includes Africa Broadcasting Network (ABN) where he presents Africa’s best business motivation program Let’s Talk Business.

Segun is the CEO of Smogville Solutions a company that provides training and media Solutions. He specializes in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Sales and Customer Service trainings.


And he also sits on the Board of Several Start Ups and NGO’s across Nigeria.

He hosts the Annual Delta Mega Youth Summit #DMYS, that gathers Students, Youths and Young Adults from all over Delta State and beyond for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Training.

He leads the Youth Ministry of Word of Life Bible Church, Warri headed by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.

Segun is married with three lovely Children.
