MR. PETER ENAKOKO is a creative Young Entrepreneur who hails from Delta State Nigeria.  A husband, father and a born philanthropist who has contributed immensely to the lives of notable young individuals within and outside Delta State. 

Winner of the Youth Entrepreneur of the Year at Delta State Entrepreneurs Recognition Awards 2016 and  Peace Legend Award 2016 respectively.

Peter Enakoko  is currently the MD/CEO Peter Enas Property Limited  an indigenous Company registered in the enabling laws of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria with Registration number: RC 1161897. 
The Company was registered on the 27th day of December, 2013.
The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of properties i.e real estate and other allied matters. Peter-Enas Property Limited acquired and developed properties in line with the Federal Government Programme in providing affordable housing for all Nigerians. The aim of the Peter-Enas Property Limited is to acquire affordable land, developed some either sale or for lease to intended buyer.
In line with the acquisition of such land, the company surveyed land laid same into various plots either for sale or developed to become a mini-estate; thereby providing shelter to all by reaching out to the unreached with a view of having a roof on their head. As a young growing organization fighting relentlessly to ensure that every citizen of Nigeria has a roof over his/her head and can conveniently referred to as his/her permanent home, which we are pursing with all sense of seriousness with our dedicated staffs.
